Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship across India. Every order is packed by hand in Vijayawada.

• Dispatch: orders leave our studio within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery: typically 4–8 business days depending on your pincode.
• Charges: free shipping on orders over ₹1,499; a flat ₹59 applies below that.
• Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

• Return or exchange unworn, unwashed pieces with tags within 7 days of delivery.
• Start a return by emailing kalaaviapparel@gmail.com with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the piece.
• Size/colour exchanges are free of return shipping, subject to availability.

What can’t be returned

• Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed.
• Made-to-order Heirloom pieces (defects excepted).
• Items marked final sale.

Damaged or wrong item

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
